Les bagnans reception hall of Wolmar

The Wolmar reception hall in Flic en Flac – in the west of Mauritius – offers the possibility of renting two reception room locations for your weddings, baptisms and professional receptions.

This second reception venue is the secondary reception hall of the Wolmar estate. Located in the heart of the Chassé de Wolmar, this wedding hall is perfectly integrated into the wild nature of the surroundings. The place was created around and under beautiful banyan trees.

The reception room can accommodate 150 people seated. It is strongly advised to provide a marquee for your wedding reception as there is no covered space. The awning is not included in the rental price of this party hall in the west of Mauritius. Under the trees, you will find a very original bar and a magnificent dance floor with a lot of charm.

Tables and chairs for 150 guests are included in the wedding reception hall rental package. The rental price of the domain is Rs 37,500 during the week and on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays, the rental price for this reception hall is Rs 45,000.

A kitchen is available to you but there is less equipment than in the other reception room of the Wolmar estate. There is no freezer so remember to provide something to store the ice cubes. Torches along the route will be installed on the day of your reception. Finally, a campfire will be made the evening of your reception.

With the rental of the wedding hall, you can stay there from 10 a.m. until 1 a.m. the next day. You can extend the party until 5am but expect an additional Rs 3,000 per extra hour.
